Incorrect user name/password

Your user name is your Telstra account reference.
Your password is available from Telstra’s Customer Service Representatives. Contact us on 0800 856 6000

Forgotten your password?

Please click on the “forgotten your password?” link and enter your username and email address. Your password will be sent to your email address.

How do I change my password ?

Click on the “change my password” link, and follow the instructions on the screen. Passwords must be a minimum of 5 characters and maximum of 20 characters.

I cannot see all my company’s accounts?

For security purposes, access is set only to the accounts determined by your username. For access to all accounts you must have a valid username and password for the Master Account. Please contact the person responsible for paying your bill for this username and password. Telstra does not have the authority to provide account numbers and password to non authorised staff.

What is a master account ?

This is the account which groups together all the bills for your organisation.

A billing account is for a group of sites or services.

A link account is for an individual site or service. All link accounts roll up into one billing account.

How can I select an invoice?

The invoice screen is similar to the paper bill that your company receives. To view more details on your call charges, simply click through the required highlighted link.

What information can I find from the reports?

The report sections enable you to summarise information about your account, such as “most frequently dialled number”.

You can download this information to your desktop by pressing the download TSV button and following the instructions on screen.

How do I analyse my call detail records (CDR)?

In the call itemisation screen, the filter button enables you to view your CDR by

-Originating Number
-Dialled Number
-Time Period
-Country
-Area

How can I sort call detail records on my screen ?

In the call itemisation screen, you can choose any of the headings by which to sort the call detail records.

Simply click on the heading and the CDR will be sorted in ascending order. To sort in descending order, simply click again.

For example, to view the most expensive calls by costs, click once on the “Amount Excluding VAT” heading.
